रुग्णांसाठी सूचना
Follow up regularly with your specialist for proper treatment.
योग्य उपचारासाठी तज्ञ डॉक्टरांकडे नियमित पाठपुरावा करावा.
Take your medicines regularly, and only for the period prescribed.
औषधे नियमितपणे व दर्शविलेल्या वेळेपुरतीच घ्यावीत.
Do not change the dose, or switch medicines at the chemist, without your doctor’s advice.
डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्याशिवाय औषधे कमी-जास्त करु नयेत.
If you notice any new problem during treatment, contact your doctor.
उपचार चालू असताना काही नवीन त्रास होत असल्यास डॉक्टरांशी संपर्क साधावा.
Bring your patient file at every check-up, and do not remove papers from it.
